Total Time 2 hours 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork spare ribs (skin removed)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Out Grilling Sweet BBQ Rub
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Out Grilling Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin off of the pork ribs and place them in a heat-safe casserole dish. I used a 9x13-inch disposable aluminum dish.
  2. Heat the grill to 300 degrees.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the rub on both sides of the ribs and rub it in. Place them meat-side down in the aluminum dish.
  5. Pour the marinade into the dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place the dish on the grill. Cook in the dish on the grill for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
  6. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, take the ribs out of the dish and place them directly on the grill meat side up.
  7. Brush the BBQ sauce on the ribs and cook another 10 minutes and serve.

Notes

The meat will stay nice and tender inside of the dish covered with aluminum foil. The liquid will cook off some, but not all the way.
