Ingredients

  • 8- ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.  Beat on medium speed until fully incorporated, 40-60 seconds.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Fruit dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
  • Freezing Fruit Dip—This fruit dip can be stored in the freezer in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to four weeks. Thaw frozen dip in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
  • This recipe makes about 1 ½ cups of dip, enough dip for about 12 guests.
  • To make a fruit platter, add a variety of cut fruit. Strawberries, sliced apples, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes all go well with fruit dip.
  • A good rule of thumb when preparing for a crowd is to get about one pound of fruit for four people.
  • For quick and easy serving, make fruit skewers alongside fruit dip. Place 5-6 pieces of cut fruit per skewer.
  • Fruit dip is best served alongside cut fruit. Sugar cookies, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or any preferred cookie or cracker make good additions to a fruit spread. Cut pieces of vanilla cake or pound cake go well with fruit and dip.
