Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 - 10.5 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 small white onion minced
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 - 10 ounce cans homestyle biscuits I used Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Biscuits, Original.

Instructions

  • Add the chicken to the Crock Pot.
  • Spread the soups on top.
  • Next, sprinkle the onions on top.
  • Add the butter.
  • Pour in the chicken broth.
  • Cook on low temperature for seven hours. Shred the chicken.
  • Cut the biscuits into four pieces and submerge them in the slow cooker.
  • Cook another 30-45 minutes on high or until the inside of the biscuits are cooked through.

You can cook the chicken on high for four hours but it is much more tender when cooked on low for the full eight hours.
