Cake Mix Cookies with Butterscotch Chips

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • 350-degree oven
  • Add the cake mix to a large bowl.
  • Next, add the melted butter and eggs and mix well.
  • Pour in the butterscotch chips and toffee bits and mix.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop the cookies and roll into two-inch balls and place on the cookie sheet two inches apart.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

Notes

For added beauty, add a few chips on top of the cookie dough balls before baking.
Do not follow the cake mix directions on the box.
