Ingredients
1poundground beef
1/2oniondiced
1Tablespoonof minced garlic
1ouncepacket of taco seasoning
3/4cupwater
10ouncecan of Rotel with diced tomatoes and green chilies
2cupsof salsa(your favorite brand)
9.7ouncebag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
3cupsof shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the ground beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet on medium heat until brown. Drain the grease.
Add the taco seasoning and the water
Add the Ro-Tel and salsa and mix well.
Break up the Doritos and spread one-third along the bottom of the greased pan.
Spread about one cup of the cheese over the Doritos.
Spread half of the ground beef mixture over the Doritos and cheese.
Add another third of the Doritos and cheese over the meat mixture.
Spread the rest of the meat over the Doritos and cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the remainder of the Doritos and cheese over the top and bake again for about 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. (Be careful as the Doritos can burn easily).

Top with a dollop of sour cream, a few sprigs of fresh cilantro, a few slices of cherry tomatoes, and a couple of small slices of jalapeños. You can also add black beans as a side dish for this meal.
