Ingredients
Store-bought graham cracker crust-I used a 10-inch/9-ounce crust.

ounces
of sweetened condensed milk
8
ounces
of softened cream cheese
1
cup
of shredded sweet coconut
20
ounce
can of crushed pineapple
drained

of sliced maraschino cherries

Tablespoons
of lemon juice
3/4
cup
chopped pecans

ounce
container of Cool Whip
Additional Cool Whip for topping, if desired
Instructions
Add the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese to a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
Next, add the shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, cherries, lemon juice, and pecans and mix.
Add the Cool Whip and fold in.
Pour the pie into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.
