Ingredients
1-1/4cupspowdered sugar
3Tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa
1-1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract
2Tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
2-3Tablespoonswarm wateror milk or heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Add the powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, butter, and water to a large bowl and mix well.
Pour the icing over a dessert.

If the powdered sugar icing recipe is too runny, add more powdered sugar. If the recipe is too thick, add a small amount of liquid at a time, such as water or milk.
