Ingredients

  • 16- ounce box of frozen French toast sticks
  • Nonstick cooking spray I like olive oil nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer.
  • Spray the French toast sticks with nonstick cooking spray (I used olive oil) and place in the air fryer, making sure there is space between each one.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees for five minutes, turning the sticks halfway through (be careful they will be hot).
  • Serve.
