Easy Rich Brownie Recipe With Instant Espresso

Indulge in rich and fudgy chocolate brownies made espresso. The brownies are rich, decadent, and best of all easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups of white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of instant coffee or Instant ground espresso
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 12- ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
  • Add the melted butter to a large bowl.
  • Next, add the brown sugar and white sugar.
  • Add the eggs, vanilla extract and mix.
  • Pour the flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon, and instant espresso into the bowl and mix well.
  • Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix.
  • Spread the brownie batter into the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.

Notes

If you want fudgy brownies, the cake tester will come out with a little bit of wet batter. If you like your brownies cakey, let them cook until the cake tester comes out clean.
If you want a more intense coffee flavor, add another tablespoon of instant espresso of coffee to the mixture.
If you want to be able to lift the brownies out of the pan easily, first grease the pan and then line with parchment paper.
