Instructions
Hamburger Steaks
Add the ground beef, eggs, Panko, and half of the onion soup mix to a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
Shape the patties. Add a small drizzle of olive oil to a large skillet and turn on medium-high heat. Next, add the patties and cook, flipping at least once until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. If you place a lid on the skillet while the beef cooks, it will cook faster.
Remove the hamburger steaks from the skillet and set aside. Do not wipe out the grease.
Add the butter to the saucepan. Turn the heat down to medium.
Next, add the flour, Worcestershire sauce, and the remainder of the onion soup mix and whisk. The flour mixture will be lumpy.
Slowly pour in the water and milk while whisking. Keep whisking until all of the lumps are gone. The gravy will continue to thicken while cooking.
Once the gravy is thick, add the hamburger steaks back to the gravy. Cover the steaks with gravy and serve.

Notes
I made four large patties for this recipe. You can also make the patties smaller so they cook faster.
