Mississippi Mud Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 6 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 5.9 ounces instant pudding
  • 3 cups of cold milk
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • Hershey Bar for chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Add the Oreo cookies to a Cuisinart and grind.
  • Mix the butter and Oreos and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the pudding and milk and mix until thick.
  • Pour the pudding into the pie crust and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Top with Cool Whip and shavings of Hershey Bars.

Notes

Use the back of a spoon to press the crust into the pie pan.
If you have any leftovers you can keep the pie in an airtight container and refrigerate it.
