Ingredients
2poundschicken tenderloins
½cupbuttermilkor milk
1eggbeaten
4ouncesGreek yogurtplain
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1cupPanko breadcrumbs
1ouncepacket of dry ranch seasoning
1teaspoonrosemarycrushed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the buttermilk, beaten egg, and Greek yogurt to a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, add the parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, Ranch seasonings, and rosemary and mix.
Dredge the chicken tenderloins in the milk mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a cooking sheet with room between each tenderloin. (You might need two cooking sheets).
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
