White Trash Recipe With Almond Bark

Looking for some sweet and salty snacks? White trash is the perfect recipe to combine those flavors. It's just like a junk mix that is hard to stop eating.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Rice Chex
  • 3 Cups of Corn Chex
  • 2 cups of pretzels
  • 1 1/2 cups of salted peanuts
  • 2 cups of plain M&Ms
  • 16 ounces of almond bark

Instructions

  • Spread out some wax paper on the counter.
  • Add the Chex cereals, pretzels, peanuts, and plain M&Ms to a large mixing bowl and toss.
  • Melt the almond bark in the microwave in increments of one minute, stirring in between.
  • Pour the melted almond bark over the Chex mix and toss to coat.
  • Spread the white trash Chex mix on the wax paper and let it cool and harden.
  • After it cools, break it up into pieces.

Notes

It takes about 30 minutes to cool and harden.
Be sure to use a microwave-safe bowl to heat the almond bark. And use a heat-safe mixing bowl for the Chex mix, as the bark will be hot when it is poured over the ingredients.
